Enabling interoperability of an enterprise app with SAP R/3 and Netweaver

For an application vendor, we developed extensions to the core enterprise app to enable interoperability with SAP Netweaver and R/3. We did this at half the cost and in a fraction of the time they had expected to need had they used their own in-house development team. Even better, their core team remained focused on the product roadmap and creating new functionality for the next major product release.

Rapid development of a CRM application

For a start-up company with a great idea and a solid business plan – but no software development skills – we provided the entire product management and application development team. Entercoms planned, managed and delivered a new CRM application for sales force knowledge management. Our customer is now taking this application to market.

Offshore enterprise application development

Want to open an offshore development center, but not sure how? We helped this customer build a complete offshore enterprise app development team, that over time represented over 60% of the customer's development and QA capacity. At every step, we are helping this customer learn to operate the center. We will transfer the entire operation to the customer when they are ready.

Helping a large retailer improve sales during promotions

We worked with our customer (a supply chain application vendor) to help their users reduce out-of-stocks and lost sales during product promotions. We closely monitored the retailer's supply chain, and actively made strategic and execution decisions to quickly move inventory to meet demand during the promotion period. The result was an 11% reduction in out-of-stock percentages, allowing this large retailer to capture sales they would otherwise have lost.

Extending supply chain applications for Business Intelligence

Service parts planning and optimization solutions are critical to managing service parts. It's equally important to monitor and optimize service management processes based on KPIs and business metrics. Entercoms worked closely with an application vendor to plan, develop and deliver a BI extension to their planning application, enabling comprehensive BI / OLAP capabilities.
