Entercoms' North American headquarters is located in the heart of Dallas' technology corridor, in the shadow of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport and Love Field. Our location offers easy access to commercial flights and commuter jets for our customers, principals and consultants.

Our offices are in Las Colinas, a major planned and business community that is home to a number of Fortune 500 headquarters and major regional presences. Our building is a Class 1 facility with the associated connectivity, physical security and facilities management.

Pune, India

Entercoms based in Pune, India, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Entercoms USA, and is classified as a "Class A" facility. We have true 24x7 capability with systems and network bandwidth infrastructure to support our current and future growth plans.

We provide high security for personnel and data. Our office has 24-hour security personnel in addition to electronic badge access control. We use commercial-strength firewalls and VPNs (site-to-site/remote access) for network security. Our desktop and server systems are virus-protected, and hack-resistant at multiple levels.

Infrastructure and development tools

We have high-bandwidth internet connectivity through an International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC). We maintain redundant dual-line broad band and IPLC to ensure an uptime of 99%. We operate site-to-site VPN for dedicated, secure, bi-directional access to document repositories and tools.

Our two-layer power back up system is supported by UPS systems and generator sets.

The server and the desktop hardware system are best in class with a minimum of 2GB RAM, Dualcore processor and TFT screens for the workstations. All Windows desktops have up-to-date configuration and anti-virus software. Our teams use current office productivity software, collaboration and team productivity tools, and a technical resource library. Depending on the development platform and any specialized tools needed for development, our customers provide relevant additional software.

Pune is one of India's premier technology hubs and cultural centers, with a diversified industrial base and a number of technical colleges and universities. It is home to India's oldest engineering college, and today is one of most diversified centers for higher education. It has access to wide-ranging engineering talent due to its traditional standing as the center of India's automotive industry, and now as a rapidly growing center for information technology industries.

Pune has the 6th largest metropolitan economy, one of the highest per-capita incomes, and one of the lowest income disparities between highest and lowest wage earners in India. This makes it one of best places to find a well-educated and stable workforce. Pune's international airport and proximity to Mumbai (3 hours by road, 30 minutes by air) make it highly accessible to multinational companies.

The Entercoms facility is centrally located in the city of Pune and easily accessible to employees. The average employee commute is 15 to 25 minutes. We have fully-staffed human resources, administration, finance, legal and housekeeping functions.
